Rupa's Message

I’ve spent so much of my life feeling like I didn’t quite fit in. As a neurodivergent woman, the world often felt sharp-edged and unwelcoming - a place where I was always a little too much or never quite enough. I know what it’s like to walk into a room and feel invisible, to crave a sense of belonging and never quite find it.

That’s why I created Woman Inc. I wanted to build a sanctuary for women like me; for anyone who has ever felt excluded, on the outside looking in. Woman Inc is more than just a brand. It’s a movement, a community, a home. It’s a place where every woman is seen, heard, and celebrated for exactly who she is.

Our clothing is more than fabric and thread; it’s a statement. Every piece is designed ethically and sustainably, made with love and intention. When you wear Woman Inc, you’re not just wearing clothes, you’re making a stand for authenticity, for compassion, for change. You’re supporting a brand that believes in giving back, that uplifts women, and that creates opportunities for those who need them most.
