MAD About Menopause

A safe space for open conversations. Support and guidance for women in this chapter of life. Challenging outdated ideas so women feel seen, valued, and confident.

Ending period poverty. No girl or woman should miss school, work, or time with friends because she does not have what she needs. We work with schools, colleges, food banks, and communities to reach as many as possible and make sure no one is held back.
