Our Story

Woman Inc. was born from a simple yet powerful truth: every woman deserves to feel completely comfortable in her own skin. Our founder, Rupa, knows what it’s like to feel like you don’t quite fit into the traditional boxes the world offers. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, she spent years finding her own way, realising that what was truly missing was space - space where she could simply be herself, and where other women could do the same.

That’s how Woman Inc. came to life: a place built by women, for women, where individuality isn’t just accepted, it’s celebrated. It’s not about fitting into someone else’s idea of who you should be. It’s about embracing the unique person you already are. It’s about stepping into your power, fully and unapologetically.
