Returns
At Woman Inc., we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our returns policy carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
1. Eligibility for Returns
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags securely attached in their original form. Returns will not be accepted if tags have been removed, tampered with, or are not in their original form, even if the item is unworn. The item must also show no signs of wear, use, damage, or odours (e.g., perfume, smoke). Items should be returned in their original packaging, including branded bags, boxes, and any accompanying accessories or inserts. Packaging must be in a resalable condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
For all queries, please email info@womaninc.co.uk. Customers must complete our online returns form, available on our website. You will need to provide your original order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return. The return address will be provided once your return application is approved. Please do not send items back without completing the returns form and receiving confirmation.
3. Return Timeframes
UK Orders: Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your goods. International Orders: Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt for orders outside the UK. Late Returns: Items returned outside of these timeframes will not be processed and may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
4. Return Method
All return shipments must be sent via a signed-for postal service to ensure safe delivery and allow for parcel tracking. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, including for damaged or faulty goods. Customers must retain proof of postage until their return is confirmed as processed. Woman Inc. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend insurance for higher-value items.
5. Refund Policy
Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, unless they are damaged or faulty. Discounted Items: If you purchased an item using a discount code, we will only offer an exchange for the discounted value paid, not the original price. Refunds will be strictly for the amount paid at the time of purchase (i.e., the discounted price). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days following inspection of the returned item. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. Non-Compliant Returns: If an item does not meet our policy requirements, it will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or faulty. Intimate Apparel: Swimwear, underwear, and similar items where hygiene seals are removed. Personalised or Custom-Made Items: Items that have been customised or made to order. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@womaninc.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Customers must return the faulty item for inspection before a replacement is issued. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon inspection, if the item is confirmed as faulty, we will provide a like-for-like replacement. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a close exchange with a similar item of equal value. The shipping cost for sending the replacement item will be covered by Woman Inc.
8. Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift, the original order number must be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. We cannot offer exchanges or store credit without the original order number and payment details.
9. International Returns and Customs Charges
When returning items from outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties that may apply.
10. Handling of Incorrect or Unauthorised Returns
If an incorrect item is returned that was not purchased from Woman Inc., we will not be responsible for returning it to the sender. Items sent back without completing the returns process or outside the allowed return period may not be processed and could be sent back to the customer at their expense.
11. Amendments to the Returns Policy
Woman Inc. reserves the right to amend this returns policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via our website.
